Body Blocks

Body Blocks is a professional development program for early childhood educators that aims to prevent body image issues in young people by getting in early with the message of body appreciation. Designed for educators of children aged from birth to 8 years, this program empowers young children to develop positive relationships with food, movement and their bodies from the very beginning of their lives.

This resource is available at no cost for educators in Australia, thanks to the support of the Australian Federal Government. If you are outside of Australia and want to discuss access, email hello@theembracecollective.org
